BizTalk - c# Custom Pipeline doesnt appear in Toolbox ?

Hi - I created a c# Custom Pipeline component, sgined in with Key, build the project. Added the dll in PipelineComponets folder and also GAC'd but when I try to add that by going into Toolbox, I am not able to see . What am I doing wrong ? Why I am not able to find ?
